Daily water regime report

Current situation and forecast for the next six days:

On the Hungarian section of the Danube water levels are increasing to Gönyű, decreasing downstream. Between Komárom and Dunaföldvár very low values are valid, and low elsewhere.

On the whole Hungarian section of the Tisza water levels are decreasing. On the free flow sections very low water levels are measured to Záhony, and low water levels are observed downstream. On the section downstream of Záhony, water regime may be influenced by the operation of hydropower plants.

Based on calculations for Hungarian stations included in the HHFS forecast system, exceedance of flood alert levels is not expected in the next six days.
