Daily water regime report

Current situation and forecast for the next six days:

On the Hungarian section of the Danube increasing water levels are observed between Esztergom and Dunaföldvár, decreacing elswhere. Low water levels are measured to Dunaföldvár and medium range levels are valid downstream.

On the Hungarian section of the Tisza increasing water levels are observed between Záhony and Szolnok, decreasing elsewhere. On the free flow sections (upstream of Záhony and from Kisköre to Csongrád) very low water level values are observed to Tivadar, low values are valid downstream. On the section downstream of Záhony, water regime may be influenced by the operation of hydropower plants.

Based on calculations for Hungarian stations included in the HHFS forrecast system, exceedance of flood alert levels is not expected in the next six days.
