Daily water regime report

Current situation and forecast for the next six days:

On the Hungarian section of the Danube decreasing water levels are measured. Low water levels are valid.

On the Hungarian section of the Tisza increasing water levels are measured from Záhony to Tokaj, and decreasing elsewhere. On the free flowing sections (upstream of Záhony and from Kisköre to Csongrád) very low values are observed to Tivadar, low values to Tiszabő, and medium range values downstream. On the section downstream of Záhony, water regime may be influenced by operation of hydropower plants.

Based on calculations for Hungarian stations included in the HHFS forecast system, exceedance of flood alert levels is not expected in the next six days.
