Daily water regime report

Current situation and forecast for the next six days:

On the Hungarian section of the Danube water levels are decreasing. Low values are valid to Paks, medium range stages are valid downstream.

On the Hungarian section of river Tisza water levels are decreasing from Tiszaug to Mindszent, while slightly changing water stages are measured elsewhere. On the free flowing sections (upstream of Záhony and from Kisköre to Csongrád) very low water level values are measured to Záhony, low water stages are valid downstream. On the section downstream of Záhony, water regime may be influenced by operation of hydropower plants.

Based on calculations for Hungarian stations included in the HHFS forecast system, exceedance of flood alert levels is not expected in the next six days.
