Current situation and forecast for the next six days:On the Hungarian section of the Danube water levels are decreasing to Dunaföldvár and increasing downstream. Very low values are valid.On the Hungarian section of river Tisza water levels are generally slightly changing. On the free flowing sections (upstream of Záhony and from Kisköre to Csongrád) extremly low values are measured at Tivadar and from Kisköre to Szolnok, very low stages are valid elsewhere. On the section downstream from Záhony, water regime may be heavily influenced by the operation of hydropower plants.Based on calculations for Hungarian stations included in the HHFS forecast system exceedance of flood alert levels is not expected in the next six days. On river Lajta at Mosonmagyaróvár, on river Rába at Szentgotthárd, on river Dráva from Barcs, on river Tisza at Tivadar and from Kisköre to Szolnok, on river Hernád at Gesztely water levels are expected to be at or below the ever observed minima.Hungarian Hydrological Forecasting Service02.11.2026 09:54
